11. Accepting the McArdle Road Improvement project from Crescent to Nile
Drive, and authorizing final payment of $79,490.40 to the contractor,
Corpus Christi Land Venture, Inc. This section of McArdle Road was
reconstructed to provide two moving lanes in each direction. The
total construction cost of this 1982 Street Bond project is
$746,604.79.
