THAT, CALVARY CHAPEL OF THE COASTLANDS, A TEXAS NONPROFIT
CORPORATION, hereinafter referred to as "GRANTOR" of 3001 Rodd Field Rd., Corpus
Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78414 for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged to Grantor, in hand paid by THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, a Texas Home Rule municipal corporation, its successors and legal
representatives, hereinafter referred to as "GRANTEE", of 1201 Leopard Street, Nueces County,
Texas 78401, a TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT for the free and uninterrupted use,
liberty, privilege, and easement of going in, on, over, under and along certain tracts of land situated
in Nueces County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows:
A map showing the location of the Temporary Construction
Easement is attached and incorporated as Exhibit "A".
The Temporary Construction Easement is further described containing
17,000 square feet and a width of 50' feet, located north and east of and
adjacent to the permanent Utility Easement (Parcel 11 B).
The Temporary Construction Easement is to be used solely for
purposes necessary and related to the construction of drainage
improvements, including a construction staging area for the storage of
materials and machinery used during the construction phase.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS:
1. The term of this agreement begins on September 10, 2008 and ends
December 10, 2008 and is renewable at $1,500 a month until it is no
longer needed. Grantee will notify Grantor upon completion of •~

2. Upon completion of construction on Grantor's property, Grantee's
contractor will restore the land as practical as possible to its original
condition.

3. All other structures, improvements, and fencing that are to be moved
during construction will be placed back to their original locations and
condition.
4. During the construction period, free ingress and egress will be
maintained to the property described above.
TO HAVE AND HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City of
Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors and legal representatives for the use as a TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT and right-of--way for so long as used for such purposes, and
when the use of said easement is abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges shall cease.
