3. Approving the following actions relative to the Oso Trunk Sliplining,
Phase II project:
a. The project be accepted and final payment of $190,717 be
authorized to Jalco, Inc.
b. The contractor be granted a 33 -day time extension to supplement
35 working days allotted for the project due to material delivery
delays beyond the contractor's control.
The total construction cost of this project is $233,917.
