CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Master Channel 27 Project (Project No. 2263) and Cimarron Boulevard Phase 1 (Project No.
6261)
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, hereinafter called "City" and Anderson Group Construction Management Company
hereinafter called "Consultant", hereby agree as follows:
Section III. Order of Services is amended to read:
III. ORDER OF SERVICES
The Consultant agrees to begin work upon receipt of the executed contract and Notice to Proceed. The anticipated
duration of the this contract is extended by three (3) months for a total not to exceed duration of twenty-two (22) months.
Any extension of the term of contract will be determined and evidenced by a future amendment of this contract.
Section IV. Fee is amended to read:

A. Fee for Basic Services Authorized. The City will pay the Consultant a not to exceed additional fee of
$50,000.00 for a revised not to exceed total fee of $449.35B~9~for providing services specified in
Section II.A. The fee will be full and total compensation for services and for all expenses incurred in
performing these services. Consultant will submit monthly statements for basic services rendered. For
services provided in Section I I.A the statement will be based upon the Consultant's record actual hours
of services completed at the time of billing. The basis of the billing will be the rates as set forth in
Exhibit B. City will make prompt monthly payments in response to Consultant's monthly statements.

All other terms and conditions of the April 20, 1999 contract, as amended, between the City and Consultantwill remain in
