THIS AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES dated ~ '` `' ~~'
2008, (this "Agreement") by and between City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a home rule
municipality, whose principal place of business and mailing address is 1201 Leopard Street,
Corpus Christi, Texas 78401, hereinafter called the "CITY", and Dailey and Wells
Communication, Inc.,, a Texas corporation whose principal place of business and mailing
address is 3440 East Houston St. San Antonio, Texas 78219, hereinafter called the
"CONTRACTOR".
