Temporary Construction Easement
THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF NUECES
KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT, ALTY ENTERPRISES, INC., hereinafter referred to as "GRANTOR" of 2258 Richland
Dr., Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78418 for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00), the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged to Grantor, in hand paid by
THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, a Texas Home Rule municipal corporation, its successors
and legal representatives, hereinafter referred to as "GRANTEE", of 1201 Leopard Street, Nueces
County, Texas 78401, a TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT for the free and
uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement of going in, on, over, under and along certain
tracts of land situated in Nueces County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows:
A map showing the location of the Temporary Construction Easement
is attached and incorporated as Exhibit "A".
The Temporary Construction Easement is further described containing
23,267 square feet and a width of 25' feet, along the east property line
of the subject 16.811 acres.
The Temporary Construction Easement is to be used solely for
ingress/egress purposes necessary and related to the construction of
drainage improvements.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS:
1. The term of this agreement begins on September 22, 2008 and ends
March 22, 2009, six (6) months. Grantee will notify Grantor upon
completion of construction on the subject property.
2. Upon completion of construction on Grantor's property, Grantee's
contractor will restore the land as practical as possible to its original
condition.
3. During the construction period, free ingress and egress will be
maintained to the property described above.

TO HAVE AND HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City of
Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors and legal representatives for the use as a TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT and right-of--way for so long as used for such purposes, and
when the use of said easement is abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges shall cease.
