(Premises) Map showing the location of the DRAINAGE EASEMENT TOGETHER WITH A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT is attached and incorporated as "EXHIBIT B". The Temporary Construction Easement automatically terminates upon completion and acceptance of the improvements of the Master Channe127 project by the City Manager of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas. SPECIAL PROVISION: The City of Corpus Christi agrees to restore the land within the easement areas to the same condition as existed prior to the construction project. Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and its assigns to construct, service, repair, maintain, inspect, lay, operate and keep drainage facilities in, on, over, under and along said premises.
