Why was this change necessary? (If left offthe plans and specifications, explain why)
1. Base work due to raising of C & G and Portion of Road required additional limestone to provide adequate drainage to
nearest inlet. 2. The Contractor is being Riven additional days for added work. In accordance with General Provision B-7-8,
the contractor is also being given 30 calendar days due to weather delays over and above those anticipated by NOAA. See
contractors letter dated November 3.2008.
