2. Approving a service contract for wrecker service for City owned
vehicles and equipment as required by Maintenance Services Department
to All State Wrecker for an amount of $36,500. The term of this
contract will be twelve months, with option to extend for an
additional twelve months based on the same terms and conditions,
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee.
