Amendment 1 to the
SunGard Public Sector Inc.
Application Service Provider Agreement
and Schedule A -Order Form No CORP-080749-1
This Amendment (Amendment) to the SunGard Public Sector Inc. Application Service Provider Agreement
dated November 18, 2008 (Agreement) and Schedule A -Order Form No CORP-080749-1 of even date herewith
(Supplement), between SunGard Public Sector Inc. (SunGard Public Sector), 1000 Business Center Drive, Lake
Mary, Florida 32746, and City of Corpus Christi, TX (Customer), is effective when signed by an authorized
representative of both parties.
WHEREAS, Customer signed the Agreement to have SunGard Public Sector provide access to those
applications and services listed in the Supplement; and
WHEREAS, Customer has requested and SunGard Public Sector has agreed to remove [he requirement for
the creation and delivery of end of the month data only backup tapes; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement provides that it cannot be changed without [he written agreement of SunGard
Public Sector and Customer; and
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual obligation, promises and covenants set forth in this
Amendment, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Effective January 1, 2009, SunGard Public Sector shall reduce Customers Monthly Access Fees for the products
and services listed on [he Supplement by Two Hundred Dollazs and 00/100 ($200.00) per month.
2. Effective January 1, 2009, Customer's revised Monthly Access Fee for the products and services listed on the
Supplement shall be invoiced at the rates listed below:
January I, 2009 through November 30, 2009 $22,372.00 per month or $246,092.00 partial year;
December 1, 2009 through November 30, 2010 $23,043.00 per month or $276,516.00 per year;
December 1, 2010 through November 30, 201 l $23,734.00 per month or $284,808.00 per year;
December 1, 2011 through November 30, 2012 $24,446.00 per month or $293,352.00 per year;
December 1, 2012 through November 30, 2013 $25,179.00 per month or $302,148.00 per year;
3. Effect of Amendment: Except for [he foregoing described changes to [he Supplement, the Supplement shall in all
other respects remain in full force and effect, unchanged hereby. By execution of this Amendment Customer agrees
to be bound by the terms of the Agreement in each and every respect with regard to the changes created in this
Amendment as if this Amendment had been fully set forth in the Agreement. There shall be no change in the
warranties, representations, liabilities or obligations of SunGard Public Sector under the Agreement by virtue of this
Amendment except as expressly set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, [he parties hereto have executed this Amendment in manner and form
sufficient to bind them on the day and year indicated after their respective execution hereof.
