Utility Easement
KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT Orlando Salinas ("Grantor"), of 513 Fairfield, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas
78412, being my sole and separate property, in consideration of $10.00 (TEN DOLLARS) and
other good and valuable consideration paid by the City of Corpus Christi, ("Grantee") of 1201
Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78401, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has conveyed, and does convey to the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Home Rule
municipal corporation, its successors and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted use,
liberty, privilege, and easement of going in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land
situated in Nueces County, Texas and being described as follows:
See the metes and bounds property description for the UTILITY
EASEMENT attached and incorporated as "Exhibit A". (Premises)
Map showing the location of the UTILITY EASEMENT TOGETHER
WITH A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT is attached and
incorporated as "Exhibit B". (Premises)
Said temporary construction easement is to be used for working room and
storage of materials and machinery during the construction phase. The
Temporary Construction Easements automatically terminates upon
completion and acceptance of the improvements of the Greenwood W WTP
4 MGD Expansion project by the City Manager of the City of Corpus
Christi, Texas.
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and
its franchisees to construct, service, repair, maintain, inspect, lay, operate and keep public utility
lines under, on and along said easement.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City
of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors, legal representatives, and franchisees for the use as a
UTILITY EASEMENT andright-of--way for so long as used for such purpose, and if the use of said
easement and right of way is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges cease.

Nueccas County, Texas.
This 0.172 acre easement is more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
COMMENCING Snun a 5/8 inch iron rod found on the southeasterly line of a 40 foot
wide right of way known as Greenwood Drive and on the northerly line of Lot 7, Section
14, Bohemian Colony Lands as recorded in Vohme A Page 48 of the Map Records of
Nuaxs Comfy, Texas, themx South 61 ° 50' 41" East a distance of 20.00 foot to a fomd
5/8 inch iron rod at the southwesterly corns of a 14.656 acre tract, said tract also
deserr'bed as Lot 1, Block 1, Ssratogs Park Subdivision recorded in Document Number
2007026378 of the Official Public Recede of Nueces County, Tea<as and recrorded in
Volume 50, Page 8 of the Map Records of Nueces Comty, Texas for the southwesterly

THENCE: North 28° 39' 19" East with said southeasterly right of way line of
