4. Approving a supply agreement for rechargeable flashlight systems and
flashlight parts to Pro -Light Corporation for an amount of $11,849.80.
The term of this agreement will be twelve months with option to extend
for an additional twelve months, at the same terms and conditions,
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. This was included in the 1986 -87 Budget.
