Dear Mr. Anaya;

Nelson; at Betty Jeah; and at Staples.
On November 26th, 2008, HDR sent a pmposat to.your attention for resident constmction observation
services for a total fee of $38,000.00: You requested that we re-evaluate our proposal ahd we have also
reyiewedpur original_June l Ith, 2008 contract: The;construction phase services portioh of this contract
includes a number of site visits which can supplement the resident construction observations. Based on
this, our revised fee-estimate for the resident construction observations, with the scope of services
outlined in the November 26'" proposal,: is $27,200.00.
Our proposed project approach and scope of services remain unchanged and we have attached the
November 26'" proposal for your reference:. Should this proposal be acceptable, pleaseprepare the
necessary contract amehdment so that we can begin work.
Should you have any questions; please call.
