INC., hereinafter called "CONSULTANT," agree to the following amendment to the Contract for Professional Services for Packerv Channel, Phase 2 - Parkino and Overlooks IProiect No. 34001. as authorized and amended by: Ori final Contract Februa 10 2009 Motion No. 2009-029 $152,806.00 • In the original contract, Exhibit "A", 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES, A. Basic Services, Section 2. DESIGN PHASE shall be amended to include design work for Packerv Channel. Phase 4 -Ramps to Jetties IProiect No. 34011: Construction of stairs and ADA ramp on the north and south side of Packery Channel to provide access from the beach to the restrooms, overlooks and parking lots, as shown on the attached Amendment No. 1, Exhibit "A". • In the original contract, Exhibit "A", 3. FEES shall be modified as shown on the attached Amendment No. 1, Exhibit "A" for a revised fee not to exceed $13,211.00 (Thirteen Thousand Two Hundred Eleven Dollars and Zero Centsl, for a total restated fee not to exceed $186.017.00 lone Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Seventeen Dollars and Zero Centsl. All other terms and conditions of the February 10, 2009 contract and amendments between the City and Consultant will remain in full force and effect. Director of Engineering Services City of Corpus Christi 1201 Leopard St. Corpus Christi, TX 78401 Re: Packery Channel Phase 4 Ramps to Jetties City Project No. 3401 Draft Proposal Dear Mr. Anaya, Enclosed please find one copy of our draft contract amendment to provide professional services for the Packery Channel Phase 4 Ramps to Jetties project. It is our understanding that this professional services contract will bean amendment to our original Packery Channel Phase 2 Parking and Overlooks project (City Project No. 3400). It is also our understanding that our design deliverable package will combine both Phase 2 and Phase 4 of the Packery Channel improvements into one project deliverable. We will incorporate the amendment activity within the original project schedule timeline. Please note that our basic services fee for this amendment is $9,811.00 and additional services fee is $3,400.00. It should be noted that out basic services fee for the phase 4 project is 4.75% of the overall construction costs. Our overall revised fee for both Phases 2 and 4 is $166,017.00.
