CONTRACT FOR CAPITAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, hereinafter called "City" and
Management. Inc., hereinaftercalled "Consultant", herebyagree
No. 95111 .
Section IV. Fee is amended to read:
IV. FEE
A. Fee for Basic Services Authorized. The City will pay the Consultant a lump sum fee
not to exceed $36,275.00 for Amendment No. 7 for a restated contract fee not to
exceed $2,822,595.00 for providing the services as outlined below. The fee will be
full and total compensation for services and for all expenses incurred in performing
these services. Consultant will submit monthly statements for basic services
rendered. For services provided in Section II.A the statement will be based upon the
Consultant's record of total services actually completed at the time of billing. The
basis of the billing will be the rates as set forth in Exhibit C-2. City will make prompt
monthly payments in response to Consultant's monti"i(y statements.

DEFINITIONS
a. Board Member. A member of any board, commission or committee appointed by the City Council of the City of
Corpus Christi, Texas.
b. Employee. Any person employed by the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, either on a full or part time basis, but not as
an independent contractor.
c. Firm. Any entity operated for economic gain, whether professional, industrial or commercial and whether
established to produce or deal with a product or service, including but not limited to, entities operated, in the form
of sole proprietorship, as self-employed person, partnership, corporation, joint stock company, joint venture,
receivership or trust and entities which, for purposes of taxation, are treated as non-profit organizations.
d. Official. The Mayor, members of the City Council, CiN Manager Depu~City Manager, Assistant City Managers,
Department and Division Heads and Municipal Cou Judges of the Ci of Corpus Christi, Texas.
e. Ownership Interest. Legal or equitable interest, whether actually or constructively held, in a firm, including when
