G} Neither party shall be responsible to the other for personal injuries, losses, claims, ar demands caused by the acts or arnissions, if any, of such party ar its agents, employees, invitees, or subcontractors, The liability, if any, of either party, shall be that prescribed by the laws of the State of Texas. 7} The City Mager is authorised to execute amendments to this Agreement which da not change the essential purpose of this Agreetnent~ 8} The term of this agreement shall begin on the final date of execution by all parties, and shall continue for one year ~rhich renews automatically for successive one year terms until written notice of termination is provided to the other party at least ~~ days prior to the end of the term. ~lawever, either par#y shall have the right to terminate this agreement on a 30 day written notice to the other party.
