This first amendment ~"Firet Amendrr~e~t"} is made by and bet~reen the pity of corpus
Christi {"pity"}and the ood~uill Industries of South Texas, Inc. {"Subrecipient"}.
VIfHEREAS, the pity and the Subrecipient executed an agreement ~"Agreement"},
Which eras approved by the pity council for the purpose of utilizing the pity's FYO?-o8
continuum of dare ~"~~"} grant Program funds;

~IIHEREA, the parties to the Agreement desire to ~cecute this First Ar~endment to
extend the term stated in the Agreement.

original Agreement.

date "July 1, X009"and inserting the date "September 30, ~009~"

Amendment remain the same and in full force and effect.
