This first amendment ~`{FirtAmendm~nt"} is made by and betvueen the pity of corpus
Christi {"pity"} and the coastal Bend Alcohol Drug Rehabilitation tenter doing
business as Charlie's Place ~"Subrecipient"}.
Vlf H EREAS, the pity and the Subrecipient executed an agreement ~"Agreement"},
~uhich vuas approved bythe pity council for the purpose of utilising the pity's FYO?-oS
~ontinuurr~ of dare ~"~"~ grant grogram funds;
WHEREAS, the Agreement terrr~inates July ~ , 2o0g; and
V1~HEREAS, the parties to the Agreement desire to execute this First Amendr~ent to
extend the terra stated in the Agreement.
Section ~. By execution of this instrument, the parties agree to extend the term of the
original Agreement.
Section 2. Seotion , subsection ~.1, of the Agreement is amended by deleting the
date {`duly ~, ~OOg"and inserting the date "September ~o, X009."
Seotion ~. By execution of this First Amendment, the parties agree to extend the term
stated in the Agreerr~ent. All terms, conditions, and covenants not changed by this First
Amendment remain the same and in full force and effect.
