This first amendment ~"Fir# Ar~e~dr~ent"~ is made ~~ and between the City of Corpus
Christi ~"City"} and the Nueces County Mental Health and Mental Retardation
Community Center Foundation ~"ubre~ipient"},
VIIHEREA, the City and the ubrecipient executed an agreement {"Agreerner~t"~,
which vas approved by the City Council for the purpose of utilizing the Cit~r's FY07-0
Continuum of Care ~"COC"} grant Program funds;
IHEREA, the Agreement terminates July ~~ , 2gg9} and
I~HEREA, the parties to the Agreement desire to execute this First Amendment to
extend the term stated in the Agreement.
section 1. By execution of this instrument, the parties agree to extend the terra of the
original Agreement.
section ~. section ~, subsection .1, of the Agreement is amended by deleting the
date "July 1, ~DDg"and inserting the Bete "August 3~t ~ggg."
eot~on . By execution of this First Amendment, tl~e parties agree to extend the term
stated in the Agreement. All terms} conditions, and covenants not changed by this First
Ar~endment remain the same and in full force and effect.
