As you previously advised, this coverage has been added to the policy with a ~ limit of 3~Io of the total contract awarded to king-Islas ~7, 7~ 8}. There is a $10,~Oa All ether Covered Perils Deductible, except fear ~5,aa0 1Jltind ~- Hail Deductible. f=urther to our conversation yesterday, we discussed the fact that King-Isles' policies ail contain a Blanket Vllaiver of Subrogation where required by written contract, as well as a Blanket Additional insured where required by written contract. I have contacted the carriers regarding issuance of the individual forrrrs additional the City of Corpus Christi as an additions! insured, as well as a waivers of subrogation in favor of, and l have been advised that they cannot issue these forms due to the blanket forms of those endorsements already being included on the policies. Per our converation,l have attached the pertinent pages out of each of their policies that reflects the blanket All end VII~S where required by written contract endorsements. Also, all of King~lsles' policies contain within the policy faun at least a 0 day notice of cancellation. Since the 0 day notice is compliant with contract requirements, the insurance carriers will net issue individual endorsements, l have attached copies of the cancellation clause pages frorr~ each policy below as welE. Vl~e discussed pulling the individual farms out of the King-Isles' policy, and typing onto each form the required name and address far the City of Corpus Christi, and you advised that would agreeable, but only if the farms re~ected policy numbers and were signed individually by someone at Aon. 1 advised you that our corporate policy prevents us from raking any kind of personal guarantees regarding coverage placed far our clients. The signature block an the CPIs states that an "authorised representative"' of ling-Isles' has signed the document None of us are individually authorized representatives far any of our clients. Aon Risk Services Southwest, Inc. is the authorized representative. It is strickly prohibited to add a signature line to any farm pulled out of the policy ar alter any policy farm in any rr~anner, Your risk manager should be familiar with the blanket endorsements that I have mentioned above, and therefore; should know that those endorsements on the policies meets the requirements of the contract you have with King-isles. I am sending another request to the underwriters asking if an exception can please be made regarding the issuance of the individual forms for this dab, and l will let you know if I receive a positive response and can forward the requested forms to you. Please have your risk r~anager leak over the attached Cols and attachments and let a know what we can do to be in compliance wi#h the contract requirements. I am working diligen#1y to get this matter resolved, and Sylvia Arrfaga - ~IfIfC-iLE, iN I;.RTif~fATES ~F INS~#I~ANE JDB 7~8~_~~IVIARR~N~YR~CT~IJI~N ASTEINATI~ woukd appreciate any input or compromise h~ is wiling to make in order to get the insured out on the fob and doing the work the pity of corpus Christi f~as hired then to do.
