Intergraph a~~d tl~e Customer wilt review the Sew and deterij~ine a mutually agreeable date far the services to be perfor~r~ed. Note: A purchase order must be received prior to any tentative dates being cori~rrned. ~. Custai~er-specific cha~~ges that wet•e perfa~•med as a part of the original contract ar that have been added since tltie original contract and are covered by a current Intergraph Maintenance agree~r~ent will be upgraded. No new canftguratian cl~a~~ges for software modrficatians~ a~~erncluded in the scope of the upgrade. The Customer will thoroughly review the Sew a~~d verify that all Customer products that ~~aust be upgraded are documented within this SU'~. 3. Tl~e interface protocol has not changed from the existing implen~entativn. 4. The interface switches have not changed from the existi~3g i~~plementation. 5. The interface functionality has trot changed from the existing implementation. b. The mobile ia~frastructure has not clanged fro~~ the existing implementation. 7, IlCAI~ will be upgraded to version 8.1.3. 8. The upgrade does not include a. change in hardware. Services to acco~n~riodate hardware changes can be quoted as a separate item at the ti~~ie such services a~•e ~~equested by the Customer. 9. The upgrade does not include a change in operating syste~~ versia~~. 3'he Customer is responsible far meeting tl~e mi~~irnum Configuration for l~a~•dware as outlined in Appendix A. 1 a. Maxi~nurn training day is eight (~} l~aurs in length, including breaks. Specif c sta~•t and end times will be coordinated prior to the commencement of training. 6 il~[TER~Fii4PH 11. Systetr~ and 'Graining Docu~t~cntation provided by Intergraph with tl~e upgrade will be standa~•d CDTS dacu~~enration and HelpPiles, aid will not be customized to the Customer's site specific configuration. 12, This S~1~V does not include any licenses for Microso~'t, Uracle or any other 3'~ party products. 13, Tltis S~'U~ includes remote Intergraph services to upgrade 1fL~ADS software oil the I~LIADS production server and Test environment for IILraAD~ CADLink, IlAddress and jl~nformer to IILI~ADS. Net, if in use. Tl~e Custorne~~ is responsible for any test connectio~~s needed and must provide a secured remote con~lection. 14, This ~~W does not include any Intergraph services to upgrade the IILEAD~ software, any databases or IILEADS.Net ctisto~~i~ations or ~S for IILEADS. This assumes tl~e IIL~AI~S server is ru~~ning version $.0.3 or other certif ied ~•elease for II~AD 8.l ,3. Intergraph understands that the Customer is running IICAD 8.x.1,3$ with IIL~A~S $.o.Z. l ~ which will fiat be an issue far this upgrade. a. This ~~VL~ assumes the server running III~~ADS is on Windows Server ~QO3. b. Any files to be copied to YI~~ADS cliezats will be the responsibility of the Customer. c. This service rewires renxote access to the IIL~ADS server and is provided for only the production environment, Services to upgrade other servers or environments can be quoted at til~e time such services are requested by 1~1e Custo~r~er. 3 PROJECT DELIVERABLES The deliverables for this SC~VIr will be as follows: 1. G, ~"raining services as described in Section S. 7. lnter~•aph will provide services for the upgrade of the Kingsville location. 4 JNSTALLATION SERVICES Intergraph will provide the Customer with installation se~'vices far software upgrades to version $.1.3 of the lntergrapl~ products that are listed in Section 3 above. 8 ._.,, 1tvt~~~~ 4.1 //CAD UPGRADE The Customer's permanent testltraining syste~~ will be utilized to stage the upgrade software. I~~tergraph will remotely i~tstall the lIC1~~ software products an the permaa~eatt test systcni via a C~~sto~r~e~• provided VPN or secured remote connection. The Customer will be responsible for ensuring that the existing perma~aent test system hardware, ~S, and database ~~cets la~tergraph ,ninimu~rt specifications prior to tl~e scheduled remote software install, IJINU~ updates need to be applied by the Customer on the pern~ancnt testltraining server prio~~ to Intergraph perfor~~ing any tasks under this Sew. Intergraph will provide any Oracle licenses currently u~~der maintenance with Intergraph. If additional Oracle licenses are necessary due to the purchase of new or additional hardware, those lice~~ses will be the responsibility afitl~e Customer. ~Jpgradi~~g from IICAI~ B.O.I ,~~ to $.I.3 does not rewire a new version of C~~acle, but the latest patches for lICA1~ 5.1.3 must be loaded by the Customer, The client canfigtirationswitl be ren~~tely delivered by Intergraph but will be installed by the Custa~ner with remote assistance from Intergraph. once software is installed, the Custan~er will have several weeks to test the new software and conduct internal delta training. Inte~'graph personnel will be scheduled for a single site visit to install the upgrade softwa~•e on the production system and complete the p~•aduction upgrade tr•ansitian. 11CA'l~ downtime is typically four ~4) hours ar less, lnterface downtime may be considerably longer, but typically less than twenty-four ~2~~ l~aurs. 1~~,~Aa~ will expe~•ience downtime during the IIC~I~ upgrade when 11CAD is reloaded. Tl~e Customer is responsible for ensuring all appropriate personnel are aware and plan accordingly. The Custaaner will be responsible for tine purchase, i~~stallation, and cc~~~figuratian of all third party software, Third pa~•ty sa#~waR~e versions must be ca~r~patible with Intergraplx requirements. The Customer will be responsible far p~•oviding a single paint of contact for coordination with tl~e I~~tergraph Project Manager. 2. The Customer wall be responsible for ensuring that all personnel are aware the upgrade will be occurring and to expect potential down tame for IfCA~ and Interfaces. ~. The Customer will be responsible for ensuring that tl~e Customer systctn administrator is available to support all tasks. 4. The Custan~er will be respo~~sible for ensuring that senior staff will be available to assist Customer users during the transition period. ~2 fx., 'Y ~~~~ ~~ ~ !l~'~Bl~~ !I ~R~4 ~f{~R ~PGI~ADL Intergraph wild provide $ervices to upgrade tl~e Illlrlobile and [ITracker software listed in Section 3, Intergraph will rex~~otely install the IlMabile and IlTracker server software on tl~c test server via a Customer~prc~vided 1~1'~l ar secured rei~aote col~nectian. The current IlMobile production client confgurations will be remotely delivered by l~itergrapl~ and will be installed by tl~e ~usto~ner, The client configuration will include cha~~ges made by both lntergraplt and tl~e Customer a~}d that currently reside in the production environment. 't'he 11Mabile configuration will not be cl~angedleiil~anced. Additional services to~~ IlMabile co~ifiguration changeslenhanceme:its can be quoted as a separate item at the time such services are requested by the Customer. Dace the upgrade software has been delivered, the Customer will have several weeks to test tl~e ~~ew software and conduct internal delta training. During the 1lCAD upgrade, the 1lII~DT server software will be upgraded to the new 11N[DT versio~~, along with Intergraph supplying the Customer the new IlMabile application version. ~~~tergrapl~ believes that the Customer's current 1lMobile version is generally compatible with IIMDT, The I1Mabile and 11Tracker transition will occur during tl~e si~~gle site visit for the production tra~~sition ofI1CAD. 4.2. ~ CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES l . The Customer will be responsible far installing and deploying the 11Nlobile Client software. 2, The Custar-~er will be responsible verifying the mobile apei~ation a~~d providing i~~ternal training to all users. 3, Customer is responsible far the purchase, installation, and ca~~Tiguration of the mobile infrastructure. 4.3 EXfSTING INTERFACE FUNCTIONALITY UPGRADE I~~tergrapl~ will provide services to ~~pgt~ade Customer's existing interfaces that are covered under maintenance, See Section ~ far a list of all interfaces, 5 TRAINING SERVICES Intergraph wilt provide traini~~g services as outlined below. Intergraph will provide remote training for the IICAD Delta training, Custo~~~er is responsible far providing a workstation with sufficient privileges to connect to tine public I~~ternet ~'or the purpose of web conferencing, ~, The Customer will be responsible for loadi»g all client sof~wa~•e on training workstations a«d ens~Ering that all workstations are connected to the training LAN and database. 3, The Custaa~~er must ensure that all trai~ai~~g workstations and servers are operational prior to the agreed sta~'t of training classes, Intergraph will re~~otely LPN into the Customer network and check the training workstations to e~ts~~re they are functionally ready fa~ training sessio~~s.
