4. Approving a supply agreement for liquid chlorine in tank cars to PPG
Industries in the amount of $84,492 based on low bid meeting
specifications. This chemical will be used by the Water Production
Department for water treatment. The terms of this agreement will be for
twelve months, with an option to extend for an additional twelve months at
the same terms and conditions, subject to the approval of the supplier and
the City Manager or his designee. Funds were included in the 1986 -87
budget.
