RELEASE
In consideration of the terms stated in the RELEASE, SETTLEMENT AND
INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT, between Tufts Cove Investment Corporation, Inc. and the
City of Corpus Christi, dated 2008, the City of Corpus Christi does hereby release any rights it
may have pursuant to the following Agreements:
1. Agreement for Park between developer Great Western Corporation and the City
of Corpus Christi, dated April 1972;
2. Agreement for Park between Terramar Corporation and the City of Corpus
Christi, filed of record July 26, 1973, and
3. Amendment of Agreement for Park between Terramar Corporation and the City of
Corpus Christi, signed on July 31, 1974 and filed of record on September 10,
1974.
The City of Corpus Christi agrees to execute such other and further documents as are
necessary to accomplish this full and complete release of the obligations of the parties thereto
and their assigns as are reasonably required in the future.
