5. Approving a supply agreement for automatic transmission overhaul repair
service with Vic's Transmission Service and Repair based on low bid. The
term of the contract will be twelve months, with an option to extend for an
additional twelve months, subject to the approval of the seller and the
City Manager or his designee. The estimated annual expenditure is $18,345.
