BETWEEN TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY -CORPUS CHRISTI AND CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI REGARDING PHASE II OF THE COMMUNITY VISIONING PROJECT
KNOWN AS "BOLD FUTURE"
THIS Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement regarding Phase II of the
Commy ur~ty Visioning Project known as "Bold Future", ("Agreement"), is made and entered into
this day of August 2009, by the City of Corpus Christi, a municipal corporation and
political subdivision of the State of Texas, ("City"), and Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi,
a member of The Texas A&M University System, an agency of the State of Texas, ("TAMU-
CC")~

NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE TO AMEND THE AGREEMENT AS
FOLLOWS:
1) Section 3 "TERM OF THE CONTRACT" is amended to extend the term of the
contract until September 30, 2009.
All other terms and conditions of the previously executed Agreement between the parties which
are not inconsistent herewith shall continue in full force and effect.
This Amendment No. 1 takes effect upon date of last signature by authorized representative of
the parties.
