SCOPE OF SERVICES, PART B. ADDITIONAL SERVICES, shall be amended to include additional services for the items listed below: 1. Permitting 12. Update Plans. Specs & Bid Docs. Review the current plans for compliance with current requirements of TxDOT, USACE and TCEQ; Meet with the City to discuss any plan revisions and revise plans as necessary; Update the bid documents to current City standards; Resubmit the permit applications to TxDOT and USACE to renew previously. approved permits. EXHIBIT A, SECTION 2. SCHEDULE, shall be amended as shown by the Proposed Project Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit "A" EXHIBIT A, SECTION 3. FEES, PART C. SUMMARY OF FEES shall be modified by the Summary of Fees attached hereto as Exhibit "B". All other terms and conditions of the February 18, 2003 contract between the City and the Engineer, and of any amendments to that contract which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect.
