7. Approving a supply agreement for ferrous sulfate to Davis Waste Industries
based on low bid of $96,000. The term of this agreement will be twelve
months, with option to extend for an additional twelve months at the same
terms and conditions, subject to the approval and the City Manager or his
designee. This chemical will be used by the Wastewater Division. Funds
were approved in the 1986 -87 budget.
