B. Approving the purchase of twenty -five self- contained breathing apparatuses
and twenty -five spare cylinders from Vallen Safety Supply based on low bid
of $39,729.50. The breathing apparatus will be used by the Fire
Department. Funds were approved in the 1986 -87 capital outlay budget as
replacement items.
