12. Authorizing the City Manager or his designee to submit an application to
and execute a contract with ACTION for the continuation of the Retired
Senior Volunteer Program. The total budget for RSVP for 1987 -88 is
$102,642. This reflects $40,000 in ACTION funds, $12,560 from the Texas
Department on Aging, a required City match of $32,296 and $17,796 in City
excess funds. The total City contribution of $50,082 has been included in
the 1986 -87 City budget.
