SCOPE OF SERVICES shall be modified by the addition of the following scope as shown on the attached Exhibit "A-1"Task List. Basic Services Design a steel drive-through vehicle inspection canopy for use by the Police $ 16,553 Department Impound personnel, configure the yard to accommodate the new canopy at the entrance to the facility and prepare contract documents for the completion of structure. The canopy will include lighting but no other utilities. Provide construction phase services including 4 inspections. Additional Services 2. Provide Windstorm Certification services for the new steel inspection canopy. $ 1,652 ^ In the original contract, Section III. FEES shall be modified as shown on the attached Exhibit "A" for a total fee not to exceed $18,205.00 (Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred Five Dollars and Zero Cents. for a total restated fee not to exceed $341,416.00 (Three Hundred Forty-One Thousand Four Hundred Sixteen Dollars and Zero Cents). Please note that our current contract includes Basic Services in the amount of $223,869.00 and Additional Services of $99,342.00 for a total professional services fee of $323,211.00. This Amendment includes Basic Services activities in the amount of $16,553 and Additional Services activities in the amount of $1,652 for at total restated fee of $341,416.00.
