SIDEWALK EASEMENT
THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF NUECES
KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT VALENTINO MEDINA, JR. [A SINGLE PERSON] (GRANTOR) of P. O.-Box 7164,
Corpus Christi, Nueces County, 78467-7164, in consideration of TEN DOLLAR ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration paid by the CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, (GRANTEE) of 1201
Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78401, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, have conveyed, and do convey to the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Home Rule
municipal corporation, its successors and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted use,
liberty, privilege, and easement of going in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land situated
in Nueces County, Texas and being described as follows:
See the metes and bounds property description attached and
incorporated as Exhibit "A" ("Premises")
A map showing the location of the SIDEWALK EASEMENT is attached
and incorporated as Exhibit "B".
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, for the
purpose of constructing a sidewalk across said property now occupied by Grantor and for the
purposes of maintaining, servicing, repairing and inspecting said public sidewalk on and along the
Premises.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS:
1. All construction is to be done in a prudent and workmanlike manner.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City
of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors and legal representatives, for use as a SIDEWALK
EASEMENT for so long as used for such purpose, and if the use of said easement is ever abandoned,
then the aforesaid rights and privileges shall cease.

RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION
210 SQUARE FEET
BEING a 210 square foot tract of land out of Lot 12, Block 38, Southside Addition Unit 4, as
recorded in Volume 13, Page 9, Map Records, Nueces County, Texas.
This 210 square foot tract is more particulazly described by metes and bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at the southwest corner intersection of Mansheim Boulevazd and
Kostoryz Road (80 foot wide right of way) at the northeast corner of Lot 20, Block 38,
said Southside Addition Unit 4;
THENCE: South 28° 07' 22" West, with the west line of said Kostoryz Road and the
east line of said Southside Addition Unit 4, a distance of 560.74 feet to the southeast
corner and POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract;
THENCE: South 28° 07' 22" West, with said westerly line of Kostoryz Road, a
distance of 20.26 feet to a point on the northerly line of McArdle Road (60 foot wide
right of way) and the southeast corner of said Lot 12, Block 38 of said Southside
Addition Unit 4 for the southeast corner of the herein described tract;
THENCE: North 16° 53' .10" West with the existing westerly line of said Kostoryz
Road, a distance of 20.70 feet to a point on the southerly line of said McArdle Road for
the southwest corner of the herein described tract;
THENCE: North 73° 44' 29" East, a distance of 28.97 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING of the herein described• tract containing 210 square feet of land more or
