SIDEWALK EASEMENT

KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT - -. : (GRANTOR) of P. O. Box 2620, Corpus Christi,
Nueces County, 78403, in consideration of TEN DOLLAR ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration paid by the CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, (GRANTEE) of 1201 Leopard Street,
Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78401, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have
conveyed, and da convey to the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Home Rule municipal corporation,
its successors and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and
easement of going in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces County,
Texas and being described as follows:
See the metes and bounds property description attached and
incorporated as Exhibit "A" ("Premises")
A map showing the location of the SIDEWALK EASEMENT is attached
and incorporated as Exhibit "B".
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, for the
purpose of constructing a sidewalk across said property now occupied by Grantor and for the
purposes of maintaining, servicing, repairing and inspecting said public sidewalk on and along the
Premises.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS:
1. All construction is to be done in a prudent and workmanlike manner.
2. Fencing and playground material damaged shall be rebuilt.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City
of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors and legal representatives, for use as a SIDEWALK
EASEMENT for so long as used for such purpose, and if the use of said easement is ever abandoned,
then the aforesaid rights and privileges shall cease.

RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION
123 SQUARE FEET
BEING a 123 square foot tract of land out of the St Cyril & Methodius Church, a map of which
is recorded in Volume 23, Page 88, Map Records, Nueces County, Texas.
This 123 square foot tract is more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at the northeast intersection cutback line of S.P.I.D. (South Padre
Island Drive) and the east line of said Kostoryz Road (an 80 foot wide right of way),
the westerly southeast comer of said St Cyril & Methodius Church tract;
THENCE: North 28° 37' 20" East, with the easterly line of said Kostoryz Road and
the westerly line of said St Cyril & Methodius Church tract, a distance of 1,113.21 feet
to the southwest corner and POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract;
THENCE: North 28° 37' 20" East with easterly line of said Kostoryz Road, a distance
of 15.59 feet to a point on the northwesterly corner of said St Cyril and Methodius
Church tract, the southerly line of said McArdle Road (a 60 foot wide right of way), for
the northwest corner of the herein described tract;
THENCE: South 614 52' 40" East .with said southerly right of way of said McArdle
Road, a distance of 15.79 feet to a point for the northeast corner of the herein described
tract;
