REIMBURSEMENT CONTRACT FOR GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES
REINSTATEMENT AND AMENDMENT
"Corpus Christi Marina Debris Collection Pilot Project"
Both parties to Contract Number 0923, the Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program, Inc.
(FUNDING ENTITY) and the City of Corpus Christi (PERFORMING PARTY), agree to reinstate
and amend said Contract as follows:
1. Reinstate and restore the full action of the Contract as though the expiration had not
occurred.
2. Article 4, first page of Contract Agreement, (relating to TERM OF CONTRACT) is
amended to reflect an extension of time with respect to the Contract's termination date.

ARTICLE 4. TERM OF CONTRACT
This Contract shall begin upon the execution date of this contract, and shall terminate on
October 29, 2010, unless terminated early or extended in accordance with the terms of
the Contract.
3. Scope of Work, Article VI (relating to SCHEDULE OF DELIVERABLES FOR THIS
CONTRACT) is amended to extend the dates for PERFORMING AGENCY schedule of
deliverables. This Section (displayed here in struck-out text) formerly read:
