Box 9277 Corpus Christi, TX 78469-9277 SUBJECT: Contract Amendment Two South Guth Park Ballfield Relocation (3337) Dear Mr. Shoemaker: During the course of completing the plans and specifications for the above referenced project, it was determined by the City that the park property would need to be re-platted. This work was determined to be above and beyond the original scope of work for the contract. We are requesting that our contract be amended to provide additional fees for this work. The breakdown of work is as follows: A. Field Work for locating any and all boundary monuments as well as any existing easements $3,100.00 B. Research for adjoining properties and easements and the CAD drawing of the plat showing the boundary determination and affecting easements $2,100.00 C. Registered Professional Land Surveyor -boundary determination and QA/QC of field work $800.00 The total for Amendment' ~ is $6,000 for a total restated fee of $187,620.
