Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, for the purpose of constructing a sidewalk across said property now occupied by Grantor and for the purposes of maintaining, servicing, repairing and inspecting said public sidewalk on and along the Premises. SPECIAL PROVISIONS: 1. All construction is to be done in a prudent and workmanlike manner.
