The City of Corpus Christi and Leo Anthony Gonzalez do hereby agree to extend Kitchen Facilities
Lease Agreement number SA08-046 for one twelve-month period beginning the first day of May 2010
and continuing through the thirtieth day of April 201 1.
All terms, conditions and specifications of the original lease agreement, as amended, not in conflict with
this amendment remain unchanged and continue in full force and effect.
