Box 9277, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78469-9277 riCITY} acting through its duly authorized City Manager or Designee and JACDBS ENGINEERING GROUP Inc., a Delaware Corporation, {ArchitectlEngineer-AIE}, hereby agree to the following amendment to the contract approved by Mativn 2DQ9-289 an October 13, 21709 as follows: Section 1. SCOPE CF PROJECT -Planning and ArchitecturelEngineering Services far City of Corpus Christi -Carpus Christ International Airport is amended by the addition one (1} Projects authorized by this amendment: Exhibit "A-7" -Task Order 7 -Airport Layout Plan ALP} Update. Section 2.ORDER DF SERVICES is amended to add the following paragraphs to address Exhibit "A-7"": 2. ^RDER DF SERVICES The anticipated schedule of the Task Order 7, is shown ^n Exhibit "A-7". This schedule is not to be inclusive of all additional time that may be required for review by the CITY staff and may be amended byor with the concurrence of the Director of Aviation. Section 4. FEE is amended by the additional fees for Task Order 7 as set forth: 4. FEE The amendment authorizes an additional fee not to exceed $46,054.a~ for a restated total of $T84,436.50. The additional fees authorized by this amendment are: For Task Order No. 7, the CITY will pay the AIE a fee, as described in Exhibit "A-fi", for providing services authorized, a total lump sum amount of $ 38,680.OD for Basic Services and a Time and Materials, not to exceed amount of $7,374.aD, {in words} for Additional Services. 13. DISCLOSURE DF INTEREST AIE further agrees, incompliance with City of Corpus Christi Ordinance Nv. 17912, to complete, as part of this contract, the Disclosure of 1:~feresfs form attached hereto as Exhibit "C". All other terms and conditions of the October 13, 20D9 contract, as amended, between the City and Consultant will remain in full force and effect. ["ArchitectlEngineer- AIE"} to perform the following Services under the contract executed between Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. and City dated Gctober 14, 2DD9, [the "Agreement"~. This Task Drder is issued pursuant tv this Agreement and the terms of the Agreement are incorporated herein and farm an integral part of this Task order. To the extent of any conflicts between the terms and conditions of this Task Order and the Agreement, the Agreement shall control. In accordance with FAA Advisory Circular (AC} 15a15QTD-5B and FAA Order No. 51 pa.38, the Corpus Christi International Airport CRP} is required to maintain an Airport Layout Plan ALP} that ensures the safety, utility and efficiency of the airport. Grant Assurance No. 29 requires the airport to maintain and up to date ALP at all times. The existing CRP ALP has not been updated to reflect completed projects ar changes to the airport's proposed development areas far several years. The primary functions of the ALP are as follows: 1. Compliance with Grant Assurances. An approved ALP is necessary far the Airport to receive financial assistance. 2. Create a blueprint for airport development by depicting proposed imprvvemen#s. 3. Provide a public document recording aeronautical requirements, both present and future, far development around the airport. 4. Provide guidance to FAA and Airport personnel tv plan future development. 5. Provide a working tool to the airport staff. As part of this task order, Jacobs will complete an update to the CRP ALP in accordance with the aforementioned advisory circulars. Tasks tv be completed as part of this work include: 1. Update The ALP Plan Set including The Cover Sheet, ALP Sheet, Facilities Layout Plan Sheet, Terminal Area Plan Sheet, Airport Airspace Drawing Sheet, Inner Portion Of The Approach Surface Drawing Sheet, ^n-Airport Land Use Drawing Sheet, Off-Airport Land Use ^rawing Sheet, Airport Property Map Sheet, Runway Departure SurFace Drawing Sheet, Utility ^rawing Sheet, and the Airport Access Plan Sheet. 2. Review the city provided airport facilities inventory changes and document into plan set. 3. Review the city provided aviation forecasts from other studies and update 4. Review airfield requirements and update plans as required. 5. Review and Update NAVAID and Communication Facility requirements. EXHIBIT "A-7" Pa e 1 of 3 6. Convert the existing AutoCA^ drawings tv meet the FAA's new AGIS CADD requirements for the GIS DATA Structure. 7. Gbtain and review the FAA identified Controlling Gbstacle information and assess for impacts and potential mitigation. 8. Review airport Design Surfaces and incvrpvrate required updates into plan set. 9. Conduct an Airport Traffic Control Tower [ATCT} Line of Site Analysis and incvrpvrate required updates into plan set. 10. Assess and document any require modification tv the Airport ^esign Standards. 11. Develop and provide ALP Update Report 12. Conduct coordination with various FAA divisions on aeronautical issues as required. 13. Update Airport Taxi Diagrams for the City submission tv the FAA. 14. Present tv the Airport staff, City Staff and FAA final ALP Plan Set and Report for review and comment. 1 ~. Final ALP Plan Set and Report: Seven [T} hard and two CD-RQMs copies will be provided. All expenses will be evidenced by copies of receipts and be invoiced without markup.
