Map showing the location of the RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT is attached and incorporated as "Exhibit 13". (Premises} '::. Special Provisions: 1. Grantor will not be assessed for any sidewalk, utilify or road improvements associated with this project. 2. Grantor's paved driveway will be restored to same or better condition than existed prior tv construction. 3. Grantor will be prv~ided continuous ingress and egress to her existing driveway during construction. During times work crews are in the vicinity of Grantor's driveway and it is necessary tv temporarily block access, the driveway will be accessible as soon as passible. 4. The unimproved area that lies between Grantor's fence and this right-of--way easement (approximately 3'} remains the private property of the Grantor. Grantor's fence -vill not be relocated.
