During times work crews are in the vicinity of Grantor's driveway and it is necessary tv temporarily block access, the driveway will be accessible as soon as passible. 4. The unimproved area that lies between Grantor's fence and this right-of--way easement (approximately 3'} remains the private property of the Grantor. Grantor's fence -vill not be relocated.
