County, Texas 78469-9277, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has gamed and conveyed
and does hereby grant and convey to the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Hvme Rule municipal
corporation, its successors and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege,
and easement of going in, on, over, under and slang a certain tract of land situated in Nueces Courny,
Texas and being described as follows:
See the metes and bounds property description attached and incorporated as
"Exhibi# A" and "Exhibit C". (Premises}
Map showing the location of the Utility Easement is attached and incorporated y_.

SPECIAL PRUVISIDNS:
1. Above-Ground Aguurten~nce Res#rictiQns: Gran#ee wilt not cut yr penetrate
Grantor's concrete pavement within the Utility Easement area. Any necessary abo~e-
ground appurtenances must be located outside of the Grantor's existing fenced-in
storage lot. Above-grnund appurtenances will be placed as close to the property
boundary as passible,
Z. Restoration: Grantor's property will be restored to $ame or better condition as
existed prior tv construction ar maintenance of utilities. All construction is to be dune
in a prudent and wvrlcmantike manner.
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and its
franchisees tv construct, service, repair, maintain, inspect, lay, operate and keep public utility lines
under, an and along said Premises.
Td HAVE AND TO HDLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City
of Carpus Christi, Texas, its successors, legal representatives, and franchisees for the use as a
UTILITY EASEMENT andright-of--way far so long as used for such purpose, and if the use of said
easement and right ofway is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges cease.

THENCE: South 87° 16' 42" East, with said southeasterly right of way line of said
