Box 9277, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78459-9277 City} acting through its duly authorized City Manager, or Designee (Director of Engineering Services}, and Gignac Associates LLP, 415 Starr Street, Corpus Christi, Texas 78441, i;ArchitectlEngineer -- AIE}, hereby agree tv the following amendment to the Contract for Architectural 1 Engineering Services for the Bayfrant Park Phase 1 as authorized by Motion Nv. 2005-264, passed August, 23, 2005, and Motion No. 2006-038, passed February 21, 20Q6 and administratively passed July 27, 2006 and as authorized by Motion 2007-0$2, passed March 2T, 2007: Section A.1 Design Services, is amended tv authorize way finding signage design. The AIE is authorized by Amendment No. 5 to proceed with way finding design services. The Consultant will complete Basic Phase and Additional Services as authorized by this Amendment and the Taslcs listed in Exhibit A-5, Task Lists. Exhibit A-5, Section C. Summary of Fees is amended by the addition of fees far Way Finding Design Services as authorized by this Amendment. All other terms and conditions of the August 23, 2x05 contract, as amended, between the City and Consultant will remain in full force and effect. CITY OF C RPl! A member of any board, commission, or committee appointed by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas. b. "Economic benefit". "Employee." Any person employed by the City of Corpus Christi, Texas either on a full or part-time basis, but not as an independent contractor. d. "Firm." Any entity opera#ed for economic gain, whether professional, industrial or commercial, and whether established to produce or deal with a product ^r service, including but oat limited to, entities operated in the form of sole proprietorship, as self-employed person, partnership, corporation, joint stock company, joint venture, receivership or trust, and entities which for purposes of taxation are treated as non-profit organizations. e.
