THAT I, HARVEY GROSSMA.N, ("GRANTOR"} of 249 Purl Pl., Corpus Christi, Nueces
County, Texas 78412, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($14}, paid by the CITY OF CORPUS
CHRIS'T'I, ("GRANTEE"} of 12D 1 Leopard Street, Nueces County, Corpus Christi, Texas 78469-
9277, the receipt of which is hereby aclrnowledged, has granted and con^eyed, and does hereby grant
and convey to the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Home Rule municipal corporation, its successors
and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement vfgoing in,
on, aver, under and along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas and being
described as follows:
See the metes and bounds property description attached and incorporated as
"Exhibit A".
Map showing the location of the RIGHT DF WAY EASEMENT is
attached and incorporated as "Exhibit B". (Premises}
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City ofCvrpus Christi, Texasy and its
franchisees, to construct, operate, repair and maintain streets, sidewalks, curbs, gutters and
appurtenances upon said Premises for the public use by foot, with automobiles, carts, carriages and all
other vehicles and all other means of transportation necessary yr canveniertt at all times and in all
seasons in, slung and upon said Premises, as welt as #v lay, operate, inspect, replace, repair, service
and maintain public utility lines, storm sewers, and franchised utility lines in, an, over, under and
along said Premises.
TU HAVE AND TD HOLD, all and singular, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City of Carpus
Christi, Texas, its successors, legal representatives, franchisees and the public, for the proper use as
public streets and utility easements far so long as used For such purposes, and if the use for said
easements and rights of way is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges cease.

being more particularly described by metes and hounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a Found 518" Iron Rod on the northeast boundary line of a tract of land
described in Document #84$G92 of the Official Public Records of Nueces County, Texas;
THENCE N43°25'00"E through a portion of Lot 5, Block 5, Aberdeen Shores Addition as
recorded in Volume 7, Page 12 of the Map Records of Nueces County, Texas a distance of 72.00'
to a Found 518" Iron Rod, being the northwest corner of this tract
THENCE S46°35'00"E along the southwest boundary line of Lot 4, Block 5, said Aberdeen
Shores Addition, a distance of 11.50' to a Point on the northwest right-of--way of Robert Drive,
being the northeast corner of this tract;
