9. Approving a supply agreement for estimated 479 tons of liquid chlorine
delivered in one ton cylinders, with Dixie Petro - Chemical, Inc., based on
low bid. The term of the agreement will be twelve months with an option to
extend for an additional twelve months, subject to the approval of the
supplier and the City Manager or his designee. The estimated expenditure
is $147,771. Funds were approved in the 1986 -87 budget.
