Corpus Christi, Texas 78401 Dear Mr. Rybalka The price for PR # 1fl2 revised includes SkateStoppers being added on the entire Fountain area, the Concrete Benches and Wood Benches per your drawing. Only the benches shown and will receive the skatestoppers. The instaNakion location will be per your details and the manufactures instructions for anchoring. This product "SkateStoppers" is a trademark of Intercept Corp. and are custom made for the purpose of stopping skate board damage. The Fountain and Concrete Benches: The benches and Fountain will receive the Penn # 135 chamfer SkateStoppers in White Tombasil material. Each skate stopper will require 2 hales drilled into the concrete fountain slabs and the concrete benches. Each skate stopper will require 2 special anchors of 316 stainless steel screwed into the skate stopper using epoxy on the threads. To install the skate stopper we will use epoxy primer in the concrete holes then put 2 part high strength quick set epoxy into each hole and insert the anchors, Before this is done khe anchors will be cleaned with the epoxy primer to remove oils. Wood Benches: The wood benches will receive the Childress 118" Radius SkateStopper in White Tombasil. Each skate stopper will require 2 holes drilled through the teak wood seat plank. Each skate stopper will require 2 counter sink holes drilled on the underside of the seat plank. Each skate stopper will require 2 special tamper proof 316 stainless steel anchors threaded into the skate stopper using epoxy on the threads. The skatestoppers will be delivered in the next 3 weeks. This Proposal Request covers the costs associated with a one year (12 month) maintenance contract for the landscape areas listed below. All landscape areas installed are noted in the contract drawings with the exclusion of the island in front of the American Bank Center (between north and south bound lanes of Shoreline Drive) and the area west of the sidewalks at the Port Of Corpus Christi Property. The island at the American Bank Center is being maintained under another contract and the areas at the Port Of Corpus Christi are maintained by the Port and are on private property. In addition this price is based on the original contract being accepted and closed with the exception of this change order. This is after satisfactory completion of the original project, submission of all required paperwork, releases, documentation, warranties, and as-built drawings. When the original contract is completed as noted above the existing perFormancelpayment bonds on the completed original contract will be closed. Please see the description of services listed below. Trim plants and trees to remove dead vegetation or for accessibility. 3. Apply post emergent herbicide to kill unwanted weeds. 4. Pick up litter on visit days. (does not include empty of trash cans etc.} 5. Regulate Sprinkler Timer for optimum watering. 6. Spray pesticides to control insects or fungus as needed after other means have been tried. Work to be performed March, June, and September 1. Apply lawn fertilizer with preemergent herbicide. 2. Install hardwood mulch in bare areas to maintain 2" depth. Work to be performed in January 1. Cut back native grasses to remove winter appearance. During the contract period if the City needs additional visits such as to make the park ready for a specific event; they can request special service at a charge of $1,487.50 per day. This offer also includes an option to re-new this contract at the end of this one year period for an additional year at the same price.
