Such extended on into January before they finished up, things got hectic on the Engineering Annex project and some other work and I never got back to getting such to you until now. In the mid April to mid July timeframe, you had us look at the site and ascertain if such could ultimately handle two small buildings on it and the service ramp desired; etc. and provide first a proposal for handling such services for all the work (including foundation, windstornn, TDLR, site work, utilities, etc.) as we had on the W.I.C. Modular Office Facility; and. then later provide a proposal for a more limited scope where our work would consist primarily of site work only and getting site power to the building. Several months went by and then in the late October '09 to January ' 10 timeframe you had us work with AM Services to assist in finishing necessary electrical and site design with drawings to complete their drawing set with seals etc. to comply with building permit requirements and provide some minimal Construction Admin. time assistance. Such involved a bit of leg work to the site and fully measuring it (as it was built somewhat different than available existing original site plan drawing showed) and re-plotting as well as locating existing utilities, trees and other elements, most of which were not shown on the existing plans. The time and charges for the two frames of time spent are shown on an attached breakdown. If all charges cannot be covered we would hope for sure you would be able to cover all that in the second timeframe. Also attached is a copy of the two drawings provided to AM Services.
