BRYANT ("GRANTOR") of 1 X42 Yorktown Blvd., Carpus Christi, Nueces County Texas 78415, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) in hand paid by the CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, {"GRANTEE") of 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 7$401, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted and conveyed and does hereby:grant and convey to the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Hame Rule municipal corporation, its successors and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement of going in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas and being described as follows: See the metes_ and bounds property description attached and incorporated as "Exhibit A". (Easement Property} Map showing the location of the Easement Property TOGETHER WITH A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT is attached and incorporated as "Exhibit B". The Temporary Construction Easement is further described as 20 foot wide, south of and adjacent to the permanent Easement Property. Said Temporary Construction Easement is to be used for working room and storage of materials and machinery during the construction phase. This Temporary Construction Easement automatically terminates upon: i} 60 days from the start of construction on the Easement Property or ii) upon completio>gl of the Yorktown Gasline Reroute Project, whichever occurs first. ,,, ; Together with the`free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, to lay, construct, maintain, inspect, operate, protect, repair, alter, replace, substitute and remove a gas pipeline, and appurtenant facilities, including values, fittings, meters and other equipment, from time to time deemed by Grantee to be necessary or desirable in connection with the use and convenient operation of said gas line, for the transportation of gas, or any of its products in, on, over, under, upon, along, and through the Easement Property.
