14. Approving a contract between the City, the Texas - Mexican Railway Company,
and the Windsong Subdivision developer (Windsong, a Joint Venture) which
provides for transferring to the City and Railway Company the maintenance
responsibilities for railroad crossing improvements installed on Joplin
Lane by the developer.
