18. Public hearing to be held on February 16, 1987, by the Director of Planning
in the Committee Room, City Hall, at 8:30 a.m., and a second public bearing
be held on February 17, 1987, by the City Council at 2:00 p.m, on the
annexation of 20,500 square feet of land out of Lots 26 & 27, Section 6,
Flour Bluff & Encinal Farm and Garden Tracts, located west of Boston Drive,
and approximately 1,300 feet south of Yorktown Boulevard, at the request of
Corpus Christi Land Venture Association. This 30 -foot wide by 685 -foot
long strip will be dedicated as the south half of the extension of Boston
Drive in conjunction with the development of Stonybrook Unit 2 Subdivision.
