SCOPE OF SERVICES, is amended to include additional engineering and documentation required for the extensive restoration of the fishing pier. ^ In the original contract, Section IV. FEES shall be modified as shown on the attached Exhibit "A" for a revised fee not to exceed 1D 80DA0 Ten Thousand Ei ht Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ,for a total restated fee not to exceed 239 $DOAO (Two Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Dollars and Zero Centsl.
