SCOPE OF SERVICES, is amended to include additional engineering associafied with a structural steel canopy over the new vehicle wash bay; a change in the plumbing scope; and site paving modifications. ^ In the original contract, Section IV. FEES shall be modified as shown on the attached Exhibit "A" for a revised fee not to exceed X800.00 {Five Thousand Eight Wundred Dollars and Zero Centsl, for a total restated fee no# to exceed X7,0'18.00 (Ninety-Seven Thousand Eighteen Dollars and Zero Cents All other terms and conditions of the March 10, 2009 contract and amendments between the City and Consultant will remain in full farce and effect. Bax 9277 Corpus Christi, Texas 78469 RE: Parks Operations Maintenance Facility at West Guth Park Project No. 3386 Dear Mr. Delgado: JEC Architects respectfully requests an amendment.to our "Contract for Professional Services" for an increase in fees in the amount of ~58aU:00~.:clue to additional Scope af. Work. This additional Scope of Work is associated with; a Structural Steel Canopy over the new Vehicle Wash Bay Area an site, a Parks Dept. requested water cooler drinking fauntain/plumbing scope fieldchange and site paving modifications due to the site plaeernent of the Vehicle Wash Bay Canopy. As you are. aware, this Canopy was requested by City Development Services after the bidding process and also was a Change in our O~rigir~al Scope of Services. Likewise the mentioned drinking fountain was a recent request by Parks and Recreation Department, which resulted in the modification of the existing new wall construction, plumbing and electrical power and resulting in a Change Order and field construction modification. A portion of the asphalt driveway, curbs and parking lot had to be redesigned and docrYmented to allow for the placement of the new ~Iehicle Wash Bay Canopy. and foundation footings..
