GAS PIPELINE RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT
THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF NUECES
KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, MICHAEL E. JENSEN ("GRANTOR"} of 1622 Yorktown Blvd., Corpus Christi,
Nueces County Texas 7841 S, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00} in hand paid by the CITX
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, ("GRANTEE") of 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Nueces
County, Texas 7$401, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted and conveyed
and does hereby grant and convey to the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Home Rule municipal
corporation, its successors and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted use, liberty,
privilege, and easement of going in, an, over, under and along a certain tract of Land situated in
Nueces County, Texas and being described as follows:
See the metes and bounds property descriptions attached and incorporated
as "Exhibit A" and "Exhibit B". (Easement Property)
Map showing the location of the Easement is attached and incorporated as
"Exhibit C".
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, to
lay, construct, maintain, inspect, operate, protect, repair, alter, replace, substitute and remove a
gas pipeline, and appurtenant facilities, including values, fittings, meters and other equipment,
from time to time deemed by Grantee to be necessary or desirable in connection with the use and
convenient operation of said gas 1me, for the transportation of gas, or any of its products in, on,
over, under, upon, along, and through the Easement Property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the
City of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors, Legal representatives, for the use as a GAS
PIPELINE RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT for so long as used for such purpose, and if the
use of said easement and right of way is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges
cease.

BEING a tract of land containing 211 SQ. FT. of land out of Lot 2A, Block 11, Wedgewood
Terrace Unit 2 as shown on plat thereof recorded in Volume 63, Page 70 of the Map
Records of Nueces County, Texas. This 211 SQ. FT. Tract being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at a Found 518" Iron Rod at the northeasterly corner of Lot 3, Block 11,
Wedgewood Terrace Unit 2 as shown on plat thereof recorded in Volume 63, Page 70 of the
Map Records of Nueces County, Texas;
THENCE N29°03'00"E along the northwesterly boundary line of Block 10, Wedgewood Terrace

Nueces County, Texas, a distance of 605.88' to the Point of Beginning and southeasterly
corner of this tract;
